RelyOn can help to enhance your relationship with your home PC by providing friendly and efficient service in the comfort of your home. We save you the hassles of disconnecting your computer and bringing it to a service centre. We save you time by fixing it while you wait. And we'll do it all for less than most service centres charge when you lug your PC to them! Most of our residential customers are served on an as-needed basis, however if you require regular visits from us (i.e. for maintenance or training), you may be interested in our Contract Services. The following is a list of our most common service calls, however it is far from complete. Whatever your need, you can rely on us to fulfill it.

• General Maintenance
  
  Over time, your computer may become bogged down with unused programs and files. We can get your sluggish PC back into shape by removing unused and extraneous software, and backing up rarely-used files.
• Spyware Removal
  
  These days, spyware is difficult to avoid and can be nearly impossible to remove. These pests will place their hooks deep into your system's innards in order to track your usage patterns and force advertisements upon you. If your computer is running extremely slow, it is likely afflicted with numerous spyware programs. We'll remove them all, and help you to avoid future problems by setting up free tools -- and teaching you how to use them.
• Training
  
  Not only are we good with computers, we are good with people! Our friendly staff can come to your home for occasional or even regular training. Just call and tell us what you'd like to know -- chances are we can teach it to you.
• PC Installation/Set-Up
  
  If you've purchased a new computer, we'll come to your home and set it up. We can take components from your old computer and make them work with the new one. Moving to a new house? Call us in to your new home and we'll get you back up and running immediately -- including running network cables and setting up your new internet service if required.
• Hardware Installation
  
  Computer hardware is getting cheaper and cheaper, but it can be as difficult to install now as it ever was. We'll come to your house and install your latest purchase so that you can start using it right away, with minimal hassles.
• Software Installation
  
  We can get your latest software purchase up and running fast -- and we can help you learn how it's used. In some cases, we can suggest free tools which will do everything that the expensive tools can. Call us before you make your next software purchase!
• Data Backup/Management
  
  Don't want to lose your important data? We'll arrive with the necessary tools, and leave you with a solid backup (along with the piece-of-mind that it brings).
• Home Networking
  
  If you need to share a single internet connection with multiple computers, now is the time. We can run ethernet cables, or set up wireless networks. And no matter which type of network you choose, we'll make sure it is fast, secure, and invisible to you so that you can spend your time using the system rather than worrying about it.
• Operating Systems
  
  Upgrading Windows can be a horrendous chore. Let us shoulder the weight: we can get you up and running on a fresh windows install without losing your important files and settings.
• Non-Computer Related Services
  
  We don't stop at your computer! We can install and support virtually any techological gadget in your house. Sick of juggling a dozen remote controls to watch a movie? Don't know how to get that DVD player to give you its all? We can help!
