Contract Services
Our service contract program offers many benefits over standard hourly service, and is recommended for any individual or business who consistently requires more than 6 cumulative hours of service per month. Contract services are a particular favorite of small business owners who require regular service but cannot justify employing a full-time IT staff. Advantages of contracting us on a regular basis include:

Contract work will be performed by the same person each time, so you benefit from working with a staff member who has intimate knowledge of your environment and your needs. - Lower Rates
Contract holders enjoy lower hourly rates which depend on the number of hours contracted per month. As a bonus, even your extra on-call hours will be billed at your lower contract rate! - Dedicated Email Address
If "XYZ Incorporated" opens a contract with us, we will provide them with a dedicated "xyz-inc@relyon.ca" email address to which they can send all questions and support requests. This email will always be answered by the same RelyOn technician, to ensure that the service provided to XYZ is focused and efficient. - Peace of Mind
As a contract customer, you can rest assured that your regular IT needs will be taken care of on a scheduled basis.
Discount Contract Pricing
We have two disount levels depending on the number of hours you contract with us (see table below).
Standard On-Site Hourly Rate | $75.00 |
Level 1 Discounted Hourly (for customers who contract 6 or more hours/month) | $66.00 |
Level 2 Discounted Hourly (for customers who contract 12 or more hours/month) | $54.00 |
Customers who book at least 6 contracted hours of service per month will receive those hours at discount level one. Customers who book at least 12 contracted hours per month will receive a level two discount. As an added bonus, contract customers who need occasional on-call support outside of their scheduled contract times will receive the discounted rate for these additional hours! Please note that on-call service visits are subject to a one hour minium and contract visits are subject to a three hour minimum.
Example: "XYZ Incorporated" wishes to take advantage of a level one discount by contracting 8 hours per month. In keeping with the three hours per visit minimum, they decide to book a four hour block of time occurring every two weeks.
Example: "ABC Incorporated" wishes to take advantage of a level two discount by contracting the minimum 12 hours per month. They decide to book a three hour block of time occurring weekly. Additionally, they require occasional service calls on weekends. Because of their contract status, they receive those calls at the Level 2 discount rate!
